Authentic on the Inside, Compelling on the Outside


The reason we have decided to call this workshop Personal Branding from the Inside Out is because we all have an Inner Brand: values, beliefs, and what we stand for, and an Outer Brand: the way we communicate, our level of E.Q. (Emotional Intelligence) and the outer impression we make. And when these two aspects are congruent and authentically represent us, we become more confident, more compelling and more of who we are. To be able to achieve one’s very own USP via a Personal Brand, both online and offline is imperative in today’s world.


Why Personal Branding? 


Some of you might be asking ‘Why Personal Branding?’ Today, particularly in the current economic climate, not having a Personal Brand could represent a risk to one’s ability to influence, be noticed, or recognised for one’s unique attributes and contributions. In order to be someone person who others are willing to follow, one’s Brand, not unlike any consumer brand, needs to be reliable, trustworthy, credible, integrity driven and encourage good word-of-mouth. We all want to do business with someone who has those characteristics. And to be that person in your own unique way, Personal Branding from the Inside Out will provide you with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to achieve that outcome.


The Day

We intend the day to be interactive - full of exercises that will encourage some reflection, reveal helpful insights, and bring about opportunities for you to make changes for the better. By limiting the attendance to 20 people, we are able to offer a premium event, where each individual will gain a unique perspective about how they would like their Personal Brand to be experienced by others. In addition and perhaps more importantly, each attendee will learn how they themselves can be, perhaps for the first time, authentically who they really are. And with this new found self-knowledge be the Best Version of themselves for all to see and experience.


Follow Up Session

Included in the price is a one-to-one coaching session. This session is designed to add further impetus to areas of your development that you feel will benefit you further. Typically, this follow up coaching session takes place approximately one month after a workshop.


Your Presenters

Malcolm Levene has been a Personal Branding coach for 20 years. He teaches people how they can significantly improve their business skills, their life-skills, and their businesses by developing their very own Personal Brand. His private clients have included Tony Blair, Alastair Campbell, Michael Marks CBE, Michael Gove MP and notable individuals from the world of business, politics and entertainment.

Jorgen Sundberg is the founder of Personal Branding UK. His strength lies within Outer Personal Branding; he helps position people for career and business success through reputation building and communication strategies. Jorgen consults companies on Corporate and Employee Branding and he blogs and gives lectures at universities on Personal Branding and Social Networking. 





This event will be held on Wednesday the 6th of May 2011 from 9am to 5.30pm.
