This session is designed to provide attendees with a practical
insight into fundamental employment issues you can’t afford to ignore.
During the session, we will identify key employment danger zones – areas
of the law where young companies often find themselves in hot water –
and teach you how to recognise the warning signs
Topics to be covered include:
· How to draft an employment contract
· Employee rights, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
· The difference between employees and contractors
· How to protect your business against departing employees
The session will consist of an interactive round table discussion,
allowing delegates the opportunity to raise any particular concerns and
share experiences. At the end of the session, we will provide you with a
template employment agreement to take away with you, along with our
employment guide.
