Alba Associates are pleased to be working in partnership with 247 Uptime, , Ultimedia, Bellyflop TV and Evans Easyspace (Houldsworth Mill) to deliver the next Stockport Wired City Reconnected event. This is an excellent example of private business working together to create new business and show case opportunities for local Stockport businesses “to do business” to businesses across the North West, Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
Wired City Reconnected has been developed a positive reputation for delivering collaborative networking events across the North of England over the past 3 years. The success of the events is attributed to their ability to create meaningful opportunities for delegates to “do business” without having to listen to pitches from irrelevant pushy sales people. Delegates inform us that the events are busy and lively events....with lots of new opportunities...but in a relaxed and friendly environment........but why not came along and see for yourselves......
We are looking to work with partners to attract 40 -50 business owners and freelancers from the Digital, Creative and ICT businesses. WCR events seek to attract delegates that can make decisions and explore business collaborations.
Wired City Reconnected is a ‘purely’ facilitated event, aimed at providing each delegate with a bespoke programme of introductions matched to their business needs. This service allows delegates to get straight down to meeting fellow business owners rather than spending the evening” kissing ugly frogs” or having pointless chats........ The event is designed to look for meaningful collaborates and to “do business”.
In addition, 24/7 Uptime will be providing a short presentation prior to the event on their simple to use and cost effective offsite data backup solution. This allows you to gain additional revenue stream for your business whilst to offer more services to your clients
Delegates are charged £20 on the night. However if you book online up to one week before the event delegates are only charged £15. However this fee will include a free bar refreshments, buffet and a business introductory / matching service.
