Building a stable online business model is challenging and there is no one silver bullet solution to generating revenue and profit. There are many types of model currently at work but how do you chose which one is best for you?

Matthew - who specialises in early stage tech start-ups and equity investment - will guide you through several key aspects that should be brought into consideration when working out what model is best suited to your product or service. This event is more of a workshop than a presentation and so he will discuss the current models in place including freemium, subscription and b2b2c options and ask participants to discuss their business/ideas with the group as a case study in the spirit of peer learning and shared knowledge. RSVP

Topics covered will include:

  • The building blocks of a business model
  • Customer segments
  • Value proposition
  • Customer relationships
  • Revenue Streams
  • Pricing mechanisms
  • Key resources within your business
  • Key activities your business carries out
  • Cost structures

This workshop will be presented by Matthew Stafford of Pembridge Partnership Ltd

Doors open at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start, please arrive in good time so as not to disrupt the presentation. Drinks and snacks will be provided as we appreciate you'll probably have been working hard all day. If you have any questions relating to the series please contact Caroline Heron at carolineatminibarlabs [dot] com.
