Building client rapport is key when investing in the future growth of the organisation. Buyers are much more likely to buy from individuals who they believe they can trust, and with whom they have individual rapport. Rapport-building starts from our first contact with the prospective client. Working in a typically short timeframe, your challenge is to get the customer to talk to you so you can be a partner in finding them a solution. By asking the right questions, you put the customer at ease and provide them with an efficient, focused buying experience.
