Can someone show me how the mouse overs where done in the loading process of
this site.

Lighten up Carlos!

The site is one of the best I've seen.
The images are a key part of the aesthetic, and he should NOT loose them.
They add depth and a photo realistic quality that is usually missing from
basic
animations.

You don't have to "stick around", but your gonna miss out.

Good advice, but try not to be so critical.

And try to remember,

"Practicality ... is a tool for unleashing the power of our dreams, not an
excuse for limiting what we care to dream."
