This is as much an issue of being able to present the advantages (and being
honest about the disadvantages) of using Flash in a project. When clients
come to me saying "I have to do this in Flash" I get nervous cause it
usually means that they got some murky idea of it being cool from their high
school age kid; they don't really have a clue about why they want to do it
and are thus going to be difficult to satisfy. Clients often don't know what
they want to do or how they should do it. If you get good at listening and
knowing/finding answers they will appreciate and pay for your insight.


Re: where are we getting these salaries?

Well mine ain't a salary, I work by the project. But none of us are working
for state pen that's for sure. ;)
