FLASH: Viewing Flash Movies in Mac version of ie4.0

I was wondering if anyone new why the Mac version of ie4.0 puts a lot of

empty spacing around the exterior of a flash movie.  I am trying to

develop a site utilizing absolute positioning, but the Mac and Windows

platforms position flash movies differently within ie4.0.  Is there any

coding that I could use that would eliminate this empty space?-- maybe

within the embed tag though salign and align do not work.
