This symptom is similar to what happens when a SWF 3.0 file is viewed in
the Flash 2 player... the player just does what it can.

I'm not certain if there are version-checks in that page, or how the piece
was made, or if that distant NS405/? browser can play other pages normally
or not, but my money's on an older player.
