Hmmmm... Silly me for going to Macromedia then, huh?
I think it's odd that they give you the option even. For the
price you pay, how much does it hurt them to automatically
ship a manual along with the disc. Or at the least, raise the
price a few bucks, but it should be standard. I think too many
people (myself included, before this most recent purchase)
figure that if they offer it separately, it must not be needed for
the program.
Heck, just having the CD is valuable because a lot of
developers I know are constantly ruining their machines
and having to reload software.

I purchased it from Amazon.com..... came with book and CD, i did not have
to
pay extra for the book, and it was the lowest price that i was able to find
on the internet...
