Sounds a little fishy to me... Unless you have an emulator
or a power PC the Mac just can't run an EXE file.
Or maybe BinHex is some magical program that converts
the intel instruction set to the Mac instruction set... I've never
heard of it, but I really doubt it (or people would be converting
every piece of PC software out there).
Now if you have the FLA, that is another story...just republish.
If that's the case, I've misunderstood the problem.
