Subject: | RE: FLASH: FS_Command, Javascript -> Flash [passing variable] |

I haven't been following this string, but I've just been working with the
Flash technote mentioned below, specifically with "Using JavaScript
methods". . .
. . .but to no avail.
My variable is not getting passed through from the JavaScript to Flash.
I kept getting a Javascript error: "window.document.movie has no
properties". I elminated the <a href> tag and that eliminated a Javascript
error from being prompted, but the variable is not being passed.
Am I doing something wrong or missing something? Can someone try to see if
it works for them?
I've put together a test movie as was indicated in the notes, cut and paste
the Javascript and additional tags, and even tried unlocking the Shockwave
Flash NP-PPC plug-in (Flash Technote 14227, "JavaScript communication with
Flash not working in Netscape/Macintosh").
Thanks for any help in advance.
