Incorporating video into flash, the way i go about this is bring the video
into premiere and exporting it into a gif sequence, then go into fireworks
and convert the .gifs to .jpg (file size issue decreases it by half) then
import the sequence into flash and turn it into an MC. Now if your talking
a full blown movie or very long segment it will work, but i'd go a different
route for a lengthy piece. Also i'm not sure if your using this for web
based or cd-rom usage etc.....hope it helps
