This is one of the keystones of a digital economy: any producer can be
parasitized. (We're seeing the same thing with the software itself.)

I suspect it's a transitional stage... people who choose to parasitize
others are generally on the fringes, and the sooner they're brought into
the mainstream then the more the pressures increase for them to actually
produce, rather than just appear to produce.

(iow, as that copying webdesigner gets more contracts, more contacts,
they'll find it less and less sustainable to rip off other people.)
