You'll need to install the Macromedia Flash Player, as Netscape Plugin,
into the new Dreamweaver's "Plugins" folder. More info: p291 DW3 manual.

(There could be other causes, from bad paths to damaged install to
constrained RAM and more, but from the detail provided the above is the
most common cause of similar posts.)
