Breaking apart text does not create anti-aliased text. Broken apart text
creates a symbol with the exact same shape as the original text
character.
To create a look of aliassed and anti-alias text you need to modify the
symbols you break apart to look jagged in Flash or in a vector program
(not Photoshop). Or if there is a lot of text find or create a jagged
version of the font. If you can't create a font then you will have to
place each individual jagged symbol version of the characters one at a
time.

I don't exactly see how it is related :-).

The bandwidth profiler is available in the Test Movie/Test Scene window.

The size Report is created when you export your swf file.
It is toggled on and off from the Export Shockwave Flash window that
comes up after you specify the file name when you are exporting an swf
file.
A report is created in the same directory as the swf file as a text file
such as FilenameRep.txt
