Dowdell advises that there are not literal draggable graphics in Flash,
although as The Croteau notes, there may be some designs which can give
this appearance.

Another option is to composite multiple Flash graphics in Director for
Shockwave delivery. You can think of it as an enhanced loadMovie, with a
range of scriptable interactivity.
