FLASH: button in movieclip

hello again everyone,


I have a button within a movie clip in scene 1.  On release I want to go to

frame 55 of scene 1 but it's not doing it.


Here's my code, maybe someone can enlighten me regarding this..


On (Press)

      Go to and Play (55)

End On



I think the reason why it's not playing frame 55 , maybe because the button

itself is not actually on scene 1??


I hope you understand this.
