How about detecting the plug-in before entering your site?

Refer F5 users to your site and refer F4 users to a page that

explains their situation and allows them to upgrade.

You can use the self-detecting sniffer method (which I've been

told is originally moock's idea too):

Personally, I've had better results with the self-detecting

method, but it seems that the JavaScript method is more
