Sorry Bob, most likely not, it is probably just just a new version of
the plug-in installer. I caused a bit of a fuss when 2.0r11a came out.
It was just a change in the installation program with no change
what-so-ever to the actual plug-in.
If the 2.0 or the 11 changes then we have a new version of the plug-in
itself.
