Hi Christian,

The first format Bob gave is better. It is the same one a Windows
Netscape browser displays when accessing a local file (IE is different).

file:///C|/directory/program

This uses the Unix format which we use on the Web.

However if you are using a Microsft server such as IIS there is an
option on format for local files (DOS or Unix)
If it is set-up as DOS then it would use DOS type backslashes (\)
instead.
