FLASH: Director and Flash

As long as we're on the subject I've got a couple of questions: Is there

a big $$$ rate difference between Director and Flash production... and

two, is Flash a poor substitute for Director when it comes to delivering

say, a five min.training module (no video) showing how to use a product

to be distributed on CD?
