On this international Flasher list, DOJ guidelines and US law

concerning price-fixing and the like must defer to individual

readers. If you think you're reading something that is

prohibited in your jurisdiction, promptly delete that message or

back off the list.


In the meantime, I welcome discussion of hourly rates as part of

an over-reaching concept of "best practise."
