While developing and sending new Flash files up to the server and your
browser does not see the new file:

1) Try Shift Reload first.
2) If that doesn't work. Then move to the previous (non-Flash page) and
clear the cache.
3) If that doesn't work. Clear the cache and close and restart the
browser.
4) If you are still having problems then reboot the computer because
your resources (memory) are way too low.
