Hi, Chrissy.


Now I wish I hadn't sat back and watched this very silly debate without

adding my own perspective.  I, for one, appreciate your concern and your

focus on providing factual information.  It's too bad a few folks on the

list have chosen to focus instead on "killing the messenger," while only a

few others have stayed focused on determining and discussing the facts.


It would help if we all made an effort to differentiate between 1)

Discussing principles of law and professional practice; 2) Reporting facts;

and 3) Getting mad at people who post information we don't want to hear.  I

submit that #1 and #2 are appropriate for this list, and #3 is not.


Please post your findings here, or, if not, please email them to me directly.
