Looking with Win 95 Netscape and IE your underlined text is bitmaps that
have the squared pixel look of text that is not anti-aliased. The
underlined text is definately bitmaps and not text because when you
toggle Quality from High to Low there is only a very slight change.

Are you unhappy with the results?
I would increase the kerning of the letters just slightly to improve
their legitability. Since they are bitmaps this needs to be done before
bringing into Flash. Note the Wh in What's actually run together.
