FLASH: removing graphic in later frame?

[Jefferis]

I have a shape tween between frame 1 and 10 [ 1 shows a green dot, green 

arrow, and blue dot in keyframe 10].


If I go to frame eleven and try to remove the graphic from the subsequent 

frames, the graphic also disappears from frame 10 and the tween is lost.


What am I doing wrong?
