Usually this happens do to calling a frame that doesn't exist yet.

Reloading tends to confrm this.

One additional test would be (if button related) is to not activate any

buttons until you are 100% sure the files are completely loaded.

If Frame is Loaed is made for this.

Usually Movie Clips are a better choice for these purposes but then you

can not use Scenes.
