There is complete information there including a link to a MS KB article.
Note MS IIS (1-3) requires changing the registry and changes will not
take effect until after a reboot. MS IIS 4.0 (Option Pack 4) has a
different procedure that doesn't (normally) require rebooting and I have
provided it in a step-by-step manner.
