In Frame Properties > Sound > Sync.
Change Sync to Stream.
Note you may need to make the Flash movie 2x2 and not 1x1.
You may also want to preload a little bit of the movie with an 'If Frame
is Loaded' loop to prevent loss of continuous streaming due to the
normal erratic nature of the Web.
