FLASH: Get the damn URL action question!!!!

Dear Flashers,


After many minutes of working with the GET URL action I've come to the end of my rope!!!!!

I've followed the directions from three, count'em, three Flash texts and the Flash help files. NO LUCK!

HELP!!! Before I pull out the blade and start the first incision according to Japanese ritual suicide!!!


This is what I've done so far.

Created a button. On the down frame, under properties I made the action to "GET URL" the box asked for the name. I gave it a full URL - http://www.whattheheckisgoingon.com (or something similar) . Made sure that it is a string variable in the little ABC box.

When I publish the preview nothing happens on the down click for that button!!!!


Here is the exact code on the action

Get URL ("http://www.dragonsociety.com", window="_blank")


Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
