Wow! - you read that in a technical book did you?? - What a brilliant

technique - but what if you weren't blessed with long luscious lashes?

Would you have to apply mascara first??!!!!!  Somehow the idea of Brandon,

Bob or Marc with eye make-up ....... hmmm.  Maybe thats a bit dodgy for this
