It makes you wonder whether the authors wouldn't be better off publishing it
themselves, or having a pay site?
Though, if it's part of the 'Bible' series then sales probably don't come
into it - I expect they get a commission for writing and that's it. Am I
right?
Doesn't help the rest of us though :-(
