Should be able to. Place your MC in a layer then right click on that layer
and select Add Motion Guide. It will add a new layer above with the
indication that it is a motion guide for the layer that contains the MC. In
the motion guide draw your guide and then use the snap tool to snap it to
the start and end of your MC.
