I like the bar between the arrows. That's a good feature.
Two suggestions:
Stretch the bar relative to how much is in the text block, like many Windows
apps do.
Have the arrows work on mouseDown instead of mouseUp (click).
Well, I guess I have three suggestions. The third is to show us how you did
it.
