I'm not a Mac expert so someone else can comment for the MAC, but on the PC
if you get a second video card you can run a two head system, you can run
them at different resolutions. (I know the mac can run two monitors, but
I'm not familiar with resolution settings on there)

I run a used Matrox Millenium 4MB PCI with a 15" monitor to compliment my
21" Velocity 4400 setup... I can then run the 21" at 1600 * 1200 and the 15"
at 800 * 600 so I just run the target browser in the smaller monitor. (I
got the video card on www.pricewatch.com for $40), and the monitor was a
spare one I had knocking about. I'm going to buy a good quality 17" soon
for the second monitor.

PS- As far as I know this only works well with WIN98, I don't think it works
in NT.

Cheers
Grant
