Subject: FLASH: Designing for Monitor Resolution

I have not looked in stats on monitor resolution, but if text is a problem then give users the option to change the size of the text. Place you text in a graphic or movie, give it a name and provide fixed options to change the scale or size. set up some buttons to target your text and change the width and height properties. not sure if this is any help. but I did this for my site when I found people having difficulties with the size of text, rather than redesigning the site.

my site is at http://www.pccs-design.co.uk/Flash/d1n.html

select a menu item first to get some text on screen and the text control is the eye symbol in the top right

>If your viewers complain that text is too small etc., you have a problem.
>You have to redesign you site.

>I think, the best choice is 800x600.
