I would guess the text is there for the "sound-impaired" either with no
sound card or hearing problems....as the site seems to be done with great
attention to that kind of detail. For instance, the HTML frame allows the
viewer to utilize his own adjustment for text size, and this is a BIG deal
to those of us who like to use 1024 resolution but need to increase text
size or sit with face on screen. <grin>
