FLASH: OT: Photoshop 5.5 startup error

I've been dealing with this for months now and am not sure why..lol

I upgraded from PS 5 to 5.5 and now when I start up PS, it goes through the

plugin initializations, then Adding extensions...FastCore Routines and that

is when I get the error message "Could not load the FastCore Routines module

because of a program error."
