FLASH: Virtual Blox

I went to FlashCentral.com to see the example of Virtual Blox as described

on page 242 of John C's book and can't find it there. Any suggestions?

I am trying to make more than one thing drag and dropable. If I make them

buttons all drag and drop at the same time. If I make them movie clips there

are no options for actions. If I create an action layer and make an action

in a frame, the On MouseEvent is greyed out. I want to make something like

paper dolls, where you can put different clothes on a body. Is this possible

with Flash4.
