Try http://www.dartfrogmedia.com/toggle. This is for toggling sound, but I
think it's pretty straighforward and the same principles apply to all
toggles. This is Flash3, so doesn't use ActionScript, but I don't think
it's any more complex than using ActionScript, and should be easy to figure
out.
