FLASH: Flash banners - how to place them?!

Hi all,


I have done a series of banners in Flash -

- problem is, I know that many people accept them, but I don't know the proper way to supply them to put there. I can do banners with six different GetURLs, search engines, the lot, but I understand there is a problem getting clickthru stats on Flash banners.


Can anyone shed light on this - I was told that some kind of code needed to be put in all the button actions along with the getURL etc.


Also, I am planning to supply dummy GIFs which will need a sniffer code to go onto the advertisers page. Is this normal practice, and should I supply the code to them? Type of advertisers include

thestreet.com

upmystreet.com

ftyourmoney.com

etc
