Ok I know their are better ways of doing this...but here's the method I

use...It's tedious but it gets the job done. Especially if you don't have a

movie editor like Premiere.  Just copy the frames from the avi into flash

...one by one ...then I usually cut away uneeded imagery. I then convert

them into symbols and snap them into place.... So they don't jerk around.

if the avi isn't too short, you can break it up into individual frames,

then try to drop as many of them as you can get away with and it might

look ok... then again, it might not as well :)


obviously you'll have to incorporate the sound some other way
