John, 

one thing I've noticed is that my problems would start to occur when I 

had entered modifier key combinations for specific programs in the Wacom 

Control Panel. 

Try removing preferences and not modifying any settings/preferences  and 

see if you still get the problem. 


I'm curious to know if that helps.
