FLASH: Tables and Flash and Dimensions?

I would like to know the bottom line on putting a Flash movie in a table. 

 I remember with Flash 3 there were all sorts of problems...  Has that 

been cleared up now? 


Dreamweaver allows a lot of layout controls for you page, but I don't 

want to get trapped by some kind of out put errors.  


So, if I put a movie export at 100%, and it was originally  440x440px  

and I put it in a cell of table that is 220x220, will it play at 100% 

220x220 within the cell? 


Or is it better to export the movie at a specific pixel size?
