Kurt,

You're going to laugh when I tell you this, but my graduate school professor
told us to get the "Dummies" for ASP.

I started the class in Jan and have very little programming experience. To
compensate for my lack of experience I purchased about 4 extra books and
believe it or not "Dummies" is the only one that talks in plain English...He
said it did not matter if you knew VBScript or JavaSript.

I can tell you that when I tried to put together a form with cookies I
referred to one of the other books and it did not work. The only thing that
I will warn you about is that some of the code in the "Dummies" book is
incorrect.

Hope that info is helpful, if not feel free to e-mail me directly. Since I'm
taking that class as we speak I can always speak to the instructor for you.

Sonja
