Subject: | FLASH: Browser trouble -- Can anyone Help??? |

Hi,
I know that this is sort of an off topic, but I really need help sorting it
out.
When I view sites with the flash transparency turned on the whole area where
the Flash plays flickers.
Any ideas on how I can fix this problem?
I have a Dell Pentium III 450Mhz, running Windows 98 and Internet Explorer 5
I have tried re-installing IE5 with the latest available option, didn't
help.
I have completely removed the Flash OCX in
c:\windows\system\macromed\flash\swflash.ocx
and attempted a reinstall..didn't help.
I thought that I'd try unistalling IE5 to try to go to an earlier version,
but I can't on this PC because it came with IE5 pre installed.
======
Now I can hear many of you shouting screw IE use Netscape instead, but as
you know as a developer we need to test on both platforms, besides Netscape
can not display Transparent Flash (yet).
Thanks for you time
George
