This sounds like the same problem Cheri Harder had a while back, which was
resolved by following some advice posted by Michael Bain on Jan 17. Check your
inbox from that date, or go to http://i-technica.com/flash/flashlist.html and
type pws into the search box (unfortunately, you can't print that response, but
at least you can read it!)
