Yeah, I know, the whole teamwork thing. :] My point is that in competitive
fields such as these, the more you know the further into the door you can get. A
kick butt portfolio of design work (traditional) is great. But how do I get the
new media design work in there when the tech stuff sucks? And going in with a
great knowledge base in programming is going to make me more desirable than
someone who's just good at the creative. Okay, this is getting a bit long,
sorry. I'm trying to set it up where I've got the skills that a firm is going to
be wowed by both on a resume/cover letter and with samples.
