FLASH: Flash page fees

I'm sure that this subject has come up before, but what should web

designers be charging for web pages that have Flash animations?

Obviously more than a straight HTML page and the complexity of the

animation will of course increase the price.  Anyone care to comment on

what they charge a customer and give some examples?
